Xu's life is a beautiful journey of self-discovery and transformation. Born and raised in Shanghai, China, she pursued her passion for art and moved to the US in 2001 after completing her training in art school. However, it was her spontaneous spiritual experiences in the late 2000s that truly transformed her life. She started to turn inward, facing her inner struggles, seeking higher alignment and deeper truth. She began exploring various healing practices, such as Chi Nei Tsang, meditation, chanting, regression, and other powerful modalities. She also resumed practicing Chi Gong, which she had learned as a child in China.

As Xu continued on her journey, she felt a calling to serve as a healer and teacher in recent years, in addition to creating paintings and sculptures. Her healing work reflects the beauty of her creativity, while her profound understanding of spirituality illuminates every aspect of her approach to teaching. Drawing on her vast knowledge of healing and various spiritual traditions, she embodies compassion, patience, and understanding in every interaction, inspiring hope and bringing comfort to those she serves.
